Hollywood Heaven does not offer any cancellations when booking entertainment for an event. When a client has booked any entertainment via e-mail, verbal or fax this is considered legal and binding, non cancelable and non transferable. Refunds are also non-refundable. Our talent is very sought after and when a client has booked entertainers for their events other events from other clients have been turned down to secure them for you.
